The secondary structure of an RNA strand can be computed using MPGAfold, a massively parallel genetic al-gorithm. By evolving a large population of potential, solution secondary structures over time, MPGAfold will converge on significant secondary structures. While running, MPGAfold outputs a plethora of information regarding the state of the population. The MPGAfold Visualizer augments MPGAfold by allowing the user to visually see the state of the population. Using the MP-GAfold Visualizer, the user can interactively mine specific data about various population elements or the population in general.
